"Inflammatus et Accentus"
is a part of the composition of the "Stabat Mater" by the French
composer Francis Poulenc. The "Stabat Mater" is a 13th-century hymn
to Mary, the mother of Jesus, depicting her anguish at the cross
during the crucifixion of her son. Poulenc's musical setting of the
"Stabat Mater" is considered one of his most significant works for
choir, and "Inflammatus et Accensus" stands out as one of its most
dramatic and intense movements. The music conveys the profound
